In 2008, The Arkansas Truck Show was established as a one-time event to raise funds for the participation in the Smartway Transport Partnership (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) and to introduce area residents to the trucking industry. TATS has grown to be one of North America’s largest truck shows, both in paid attendance and truck show competition entries.

TATS is the major community fundraising and awareness project for groups assisting in various functions at the annual 1st week in August event. The weekend event will result in economic benefits for the community. TATS takes a year round role in the positive promotion of the trucking industry by answering inquiries related to the industry as well as participation in community safety events/programs.

TATS is proud to feature over a million dollars worth of trucks, trailers, equipment, accessories and more on display and will take place August 1st & 2nd, 2008 at the Little Rock Fairgrounds with members of CMT’s “Chrome Shop Mafia”.

Beauty Pageant Sponsor - $3,500
Automatic entry into Truck competition, lots of exposure, presentation of prizes and trophies in the competition area. Company name will be displayed in Competition Area and Stage.

Exclusive Badge Inserts - $3,000
Be the talk of TATS by having your Company name stand above the rest! Inserted into each attendee badge will be the sponsor’s name – strategically exposed above the badge for high visibility. What better way to advertise than placing your name in front of every attendee and exhibition?

Exclusive Badge Holder Lanyards - $2,500
Lanyards are cloth ribbons that hang around the necks of attendees with the visitor badge attached. Lanyards will be available at the front entrance and at visitor registration. TATS visitors will appreciate your thoughtfulness in keeping their clothes pin free. Sponsorship fee does not include the cost of the lanyard.

TATS Pre-Show Planner Ad - $3,000
The TATS Guide is the final direct mail piece sent to all attendees who pre-register before the deadline. It includes show information as well as details on things to see and do while at TATS. What a great way to tell your customers that you’ll be at TATS! Include your company logo, booth location and other pertinent information so that you will not be overlooked.

Lobby Banners - $1,000
Make a statement as attendees enter the show – even before they stop at your booth! Banners will be displayed in the main registration area by the show entrance. Horizontal or vertical banners may be displayed (banners should not exceed 5’x15’). Call today for more information and to take advantage of this unique sponsorship. Provide your company banner and fly your name high – TATS will do the rest!

Truck Parking Permit - $1,200
Each truck that parks in the free on-site 20 acre truck parking lot must have this color permit hanging in the windshield. Sponsor logos are printed on the permit so truckers see your logo every time they get in and out of their cabs.

TATS Website Sponsorships - $1,000
TATS website is a major resource for your customers to gather show information and to register for TATS. Banners will run until after the show in August. Put your company’s name on TATS website with an online ad banner. Here’s your chance to place your company or product right on the website and directly in front of your target audience.

Run-of-Site Top Page Banners - $1,000
Allow site visitors to connect to your home page throughout TATS site. A maximum of 4 rotating Run-of-Site Banners available. These web banners will rotate on top of every live page throughout TATS website.

Exclusive Sponsorship of Truck Show at the AR State Fairgrounds - $15,000
This unique sponsorship features tremendous show and pre-show exposure! As the truck parking sponsor, your company will be featured:
   On TATS website
   Within the official four-page attendee brochure

Exclusive Ad in Four-Page Attendee Brochure - $4,500
The official four-page attendee brochure will provide all the current and pertinent information for TATS 2008. By placing the only half-page ad in this official piece, your company will receive the highest level of visibility to draw buyers to your booth. This widely read and popular brochure will be:

Advertisement on Registration Lobby Screen - $1,000
Will be displayed in TATS registration lobby near the show entrance. Your company’s commercial will run both days. TATS will be giving your company exposure all day every day. Direct attendees to your booth before they ever even enter the show.
