A.  Independent vendors as well as every OEM dealer (truck, trailer, and refrigeration) and all major brand tire dealers.

Q.  Are vendors monitored and rated for service quality?
A.  Vendors are ranked on performance, quality of service, and pricing, among other criteria, after each completed event.

Q.  How is billing handled?
A.  A single invoice is issued to the customer with vendor fees and the LIFELINE service fee.

Q.  What forms of payment are accepted?
A.  LIFELINE accepts Mastercard, Visa, ETF, Wire, ComCheck and Company Checks on account.

Q.  How do I become a LIFELINE participant?
A.  To open an account with LIFELINE, complete a Service Agreement, Credit Application, and Customer Profile form and return to LIFELINE.

A.  LIFELINE National Network has over 700 customers

Q.  How many calls does LIFELINE average per month?
A.  2006 stats report LIFELINE National Network  averaged 3,000 emergency roadside calls per month and over 1,100 towing and recovery incidents per month.

Q.  I am already a LIFELINE National Network vendor, how does the LIFELINE program help me?
A.  Current LIFELINE National Network members are called upon per seniority.  Current vendors move to the top of the call list for each coverage area.
